Electronic Queuing Systems

Electronic Queuing Systems is an enhanced customer experience by providing an efficient means to manage customers who are waiting to be served in a specific location. There are three types of Queueing Systems solutions available depending on the type of operations and the type of queue and budgets available from Active Queue Systems where the persons line up in a queue to wait for the next available counter, to Passive Queue Systems where the user takes a ticket from the ticket printer, sits down and waits for his or her turn to be called. Additionally, OLYMPEX also has a Digicall System which is a simple number calling system that is used in small operations where not so much complexity is required and only the number needs to be announced.
