LIM JIT FU, a Malaysian, aged 51, is the Chief Executive Officer of Industronics. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Industronics on 24 August 2010. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lim was the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Industronics, a position he held since 30 June 2008. Mr. Lim graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Texas, Austin, Texas USA and Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, Texas USA.

Mr. Lim has over 20 years working experience in the electronic and semiconductor industries. He has 4 years experience working with a leading multi-national semiconductor company in various positions – training development engineer, manufacturing and later in customer service planning. He joined Industronics in 1991 as Head Marketing Department and was promoted to General Manager in 1997. Amongst others Mr. Lim had vast experience in Public Information Display and Airport Systems and had successfully headed the implementation and integration of two major international airports Flight Information Display Systems.

Mr. Lim does not hold any directorships in any other public companies. He does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company. There is no other business relationship with the Company in which he has a personal interest. He has had no convictions for any offences within the law.

LIM HOCK GUAN joined Industronics Group in 1990 and is the Executive Director of Sukitronics Group. He holds a Science (Hons) degree and a Master's degree in Science. He has over 26 years of working experience in mechanical and electrical engineering and management.

CHONG HWA CHEONG joined Industronics Group in 1996 and is the Director of Primeworth (M) Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineer, Malaysia. He was formerly the Head of Hydrology Instrumentation Unit, Department of Irrigation and Drainage from 1974 to 1996.

JOSEPHINE WONG SAI FONG joined Industronics Group in 1987 and is the Director of Ademco (M) Sdn Bhd. She holds a Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Management. She has over 20 years of working experience in electronic security and fire industry. She was formerly with Pittway Corporation, USA for 3 years.

YAP CHENG LONG joined Industronics Berhad in 1988 and is the Senior Manager of Engineering Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Malaya and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is a registered Professional Engineer and has extensive working experience in electronics display industry.

LEE KAH MENG joined Industronics Berhad in 1988 and is the Senior Manager of the Building Services Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He has broad working experience in fire protection and electronic display industry.

ALAN WOON TIN KEK joined Industronics in 1992 and is the Senior Manager of Market Development Division. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, UK. He is a member of the institute of Engineers Malaysia and a registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia. He has been deeply involved engineering design, project management, marketing and development experience in the electronic display industry.

LAU SIE MING has been with Industronics Berhad since 1995. He is currently a Senior Manager in the Engineering Division of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree. Mr. Lau's experience includes the design and development of the company's range of electronic displays.
